As a two times recipient of the Brooklyn Arts Council’s Brooklyn Arts Fund she created a series of free concerts throughout Brooklyn, including in a transitional home for unhoused people and in community gardens. Firmly believing that finding and expressing your voice is a healing force, Noa’s therapeutic philosophy is rooted in the belief that healing is a communal process and that social justice is part of groups’ and individuals’ journey to growth and health.
